Audio power Fet N channel similar to the old 2SJ162/2SK1058 plastic pack

We have bought a lot of power audio fets which do not meet full manufacturers 160 volt specifications but for lower voltage (100 volt) are perfectly ok as many people do not use the full rail supplies anyway, these are similar to the old 2SJ162/2SK1058 plastic pack, but these are in a bigger case.

Also the old plastic parts had a single die capable of about 6-8 amps these have a dual die so saving problems that incurred with lead lengths and capacitance when you needed to bridge two device together.

At 100 volts each device is probably good for 150-200 watts
