Genuine Hitachi 2SK135 N Channel 7 amp 125watt 160 volt power audio fet TO3 case

These were for many years the industry standard power fet largely replaced now by the BUZ series , however some people need the original as maybe only one has blown etc on one side of an amp.

Please study the case very carefully to see the correct case, Hitachi only ever produced these in this case style its more rounded, any others you see are fake, or in some cases a modern version(we sell them) and are a better equivalent part but we do not advertise these as genuine Hitachi,

if you are making a new board then you can  use our generic 2SK135/2SJ50 as long as you do not mix them with original ones
